We accept most major insurance plans, including Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier, United Healthcare, Humana, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Aetna, Ameritas, Sun Life Financial, Assurant, MetLife, Principal, Guardian, and The Standard. Not sure if you’re covered? Some insurance companies are under our Umbrella Policies. Just ask — we’re happy to help.
